In the Season 4 finale, after a massive bus accident left House without recollection of the accident, he and the team put the pieces of his memory together and discover Wilson’s girlfriend Amber was on the bus with him and was fatally injured. Eventually, Chase plans to propose to Cameron, but when she learns about his plans, she starts making excuses not to go away with him. Shortly thereafter, House takes over the planning of Chase's bachelor party, hiring a stripper and hosting it at Wilson's apartment. Cameron takes charge of the case as she had treated the patient in the past and she and the team figure out ways to treat him at his home. However, the patient's condition worsens and it becomes difficult to treat him at his home.
